<p>The title has a much deeper meaning now! Poor Pearl, I was scared for her when Garnet was so furious. There was a thread a little while ago about topics that may be too adult for SU, but I think they portrayed the fear that children feel when their parents fight very well. </p><p>Amethyst's singing was an unexpected surprise, and I really liked the way she was animated in this one. When she and Steven went out there alone, I was hoping they'd fuse so she could feel strong again, but wow! Incredible episode anyway. </p>

That was interesting. I didn't think Garnet would get that angry at her but looking back on her views on fusion from "Keeping it Together" she probably thought Pearl was forcing them to become Sardonyx I get it. I also felt so bad for Amethyst because Garnet and Pearl were celebrating and she was just there probably thinking she wasn't good enough for them because she was from the kindergarten and Garnet and Pearl were from Homeworld.
