Do Steven and Connie have romantic feelings for each other? Part 4~!

<p>Oh if I saw them I would ask in the tone that implies confusion. Cuz they could seem that way, but you dont want to offend if not. Like some people ask if I was the boyfriend one of my friends because I walk with her and we are friends. It is definitely enough to ask. </p><p>And that is a fair thing, a spouse should be the best friend </p>
