<p>Yeah I know, but that is what makes it funny, Jasper is a fish out of water, because of warrior pride, she is indebted to Steven, and to her Steven is a temporary Diamond, and if someone was rude to Yellow Diamond, it would be common sense to punish them. </p><p>Of course Steven would stop her, as he should. </p>

<p>While I think Jasper is an interesting character I don't think comparing her to peridot is fair. Peridot was 1 of many and therefore taught she wasn't important. I think that makes her becoming a crystal gem all the more important because it shows that any little bit does matter, and peridot definitely matters, whereas Jasper isn't/wouldn't be able to admit that she is just a cog in the machine as far as the diamonds are concerned </p>

<p>Dont know if my comment didnt post but Id be pretty irratated if Jasper is redeemed. I get the messaged of the show and such but even by cartoon means it'd be EXTREMELY unrealistic if Jasper is 'reformed'. Not every bad guy can come around, and if they do make him come around then its very bad storywriting. </p>

<p>I agree, every show must make an exception or else it will ruin it completly, but I think Jasper will be redeemed, doesn't mean another Jasper can't come over and be an irredeemable monster. Or yellow diamond or the diamond authority in general, I'm sure Jasper is far from the worst, but overall I really hope they make an exception for an irredeemable villain, because if they redeem the diamonds I'm quitting this show. </p>

But when you're set in your ways, you're set in your ways. Lapis and Peridot Kind of are Neutral, But Jasper has their mind made up. Like... The Whole "nice" route doesnt look like its in Jaspers cards. Maybe seasons from now if Jasper is somehow reformed it'd be better so its not like, everytime there is an enemy they're 'reformed' 5 episodes later. But I honestly feel like Jasper will be either shattered for incompitence from YD (along with peridot) or she'll be bubbled and perhaps just stay with the other bubbled gems </p>
