Okay if you watched hit the diamond you know that YD sent a group of rubies after Jasper as she was the leader of the earth mission. But why is that since Jasper did nothing wrong? Is it to answer for peridot? Is is something else altogether?

<p>Uh, yeah, she has. I'd bed she'd be in big trouble if Yellow Diamond finds out where she's been. She abandoned the mission to bring Steven to Yellow Diamond, so technically, she's responsible for the Ship being destroyed. She fused with Lapis who does't seem to concern Yellow Diamond. Lapis says she'd get in trouble for that too so it shouldn't be different for Jasper. And she should've been able to keep Peridot in check, but she wasn't.(this must be the reason)

<p>Basically YD is Mr.Maellard , Jasper is Benson, and Lapis and Peridot are Mordecai and Rigby.
