<p>So considering Pearl's color scheme, let's guess she was either white diamond's, or just a generic pearl. Let's assume when Rose said "My Pearl" she meant it literally, as in she owned Pearl. That makes Rose either a very powerful or special quartz. </p><p>Considering she's easily Jasper's size or bigger, and Jasper was supposed to be an increadably big and strong gem, even among quartz, that probably means Rose Quartz was very powerful as well. Now consider the search for Jasper; why is recovering her so important to the gem homeworld? Either her power is so well respected that she has special privilages, or there was something special about gems made by Pink Diamond. If this is true, maybe anouther one of Pink Dimond's gems was special enough to warent getting their own Pearl.  </p><p>It's possible that Pink Dimond didn't even make her, though, considering we believe Pink Dimond's only colony was earth, and we know that Rose Quartz was from space. Maybe she was a famous quartz who had already helped to take over another planet. That would also exsplain why she would have her own Pearl, and why she would be sent to earth to help Pink Dimond make her first colony. Plus, this exsplains why Rose would want to protect the life on earth, since she had already seen a planet destroyed by the gems, and didn't want it to happen again.  </p><p>But then again Bismuth said Roze was made "Right here in the dirt" so maybe she was made on Earth. This would certainly lend to the Pink Dimond making special gems theory. </p><p>Either way it's quite possible that Rose was given Pearl. And if Pearl belong to Rose Quartz, a member of Pink Dimond's court, that would certainly explain the pink dimond on her uniform.  </p>

<p>I quite like the idea of Pearl being Pink's but I tend towards thinking that our Pearl was assigned to some gem other than Pink. We don't really know either way, but the fact that we've always seen Pearls with their owner-gem suggests that it would be difficult for Rose to bring Pink's Pearl round to her PoV. If Rose was once an elite quartz in Pink's court then maybe Pearl was originally Rose's? </p>

<p>I've always believed that Pearl was Rose's pearl. That exsplains the pink diamond on her uniform and the whole conversation between Pearl and Rose before the war started.  </p>

<p>I feel that our pearl was Rose's Pearl technically. Rose saw that our Pearl was to be shattered for being defective and rescued and her and took in her as her own. She didn't treat her a servant, but as a friend. I feel Pink Diamond's pearl could look like her due to the other pearls looking like their masters. You might as well give PD's Pearl a pink version of Rose's dress. </p>

<p>Pearl is pink diamonds Pearl then Rose Saved Pearl for her to be free and once pearl had no one to be loyal to rose helped her out and startd the rebellion with her and reminding her that she's free.  </p>

<p>For who knows how's much NO! our Pearl is not Pink Diamond's, she doesn't even look like her! Will you idiots who say she is just quit it already!. </p>
