ALL POSTSSteven Universe May Be Cancelled?!
<p>I just saw a few videos on YouTube and apparently Cartoon Network hasn't renewed Steven Universe, the Amazing World of Gumball, or We Bare Bears yet. Because of this, everyone is already worrying that all three of these shows are getting cancelled

<p>According to the guy who posted this video, they said Steven Universe hasn't been renewed past season 5 yet, which is why people are getting upset over this

Almost like shows that focus on stories have to end at some point. But that's insane.

<p>I suddenly remembered this is the SU fandom, not normal people so I may have to explain this more.
</p><p>SU is telling a story. Stories have an ending. That ending is usually when then story stops. When the story stops, there's nothing left to watch.
</p><p>As such, with a bit of reverse calculation and careful thought, we can determine for certain that if SU is a story, then SU will have an ending. If SU has an ending, that will probably be when SU stops. When SU stops, there will be no more new episodes of SU to watch.
</p><p>In the (sadly likely) event you still don't understand, <i>CN cannot renew a show that is over.</i>
</p><p>And besides, would you really want it to? It'll just be another Adventure Time where it's going far past the point it needed to go.
