What they actually did was take the second and third seasons of each they'd already previously ordered and break them in half, and in Uncle Grandpa's case they cancelled the show. So CN essentially cancelled a show while claiming to renew it, and I'd wondered if they were doing the same to Steven Universe. As for Uncle Grandpa, the crew was reportedly laid off but the majority of the episodes they've produced haven't aired yet, so CN will probably dole them out gradually over a couple of years. </p>

So no more "Good mornings with Uncle Grandpa" on Saturday Mornings...well good thing it didn't happen to SU </p>

I don't think the show is getting cancelled at season 5. Shows like at can still tell a story and still hold up. Steven universe is telling a story and they could tell more. Like did some alien life create the gems? Why did PD want earth? What'll happen to Steven? Who is WD? Is there a cure for corruption?

<p>I think it might be a bit premature to announce SU's cancellation.  I figure we will probably go on hiatus at the end of September and then wrap up Season 4 next year and then another break before Season 5 starts.  I think we will know for sure by the time Season 4 wraps up or if nothing has been stated by Spring 2017. </p>

Then why hasn't there been any notifications saying it'll be renewed for another season like the guys in the videos are saying? Ordinarily I'd agree with stuff like this but, based on the evidence the first vdeo provides, it kinds of makes you a little worried </p>
