They build all these temples and shrines, but they seemingly have no religion to speak of. Well, they apparently have a "Moon Goddess" but she seems more like a celebrated mythological figure than an actual goddess they believe in and worship,  IMO. </p><p>Instead these structures are either dedicated to individual Gems (most of the time a single Diamond or the entire Diamond Authority. Or in the case of the Crystal Gems to their "Diamond", Rose) or Gems as a whole. I mean, even the moon base which was a scientific/military installation rather than a cultural site was decorated with lots of Gem art celebrating their Diamonds.

</p><p>I guess they just got Ozymandias-fever. </p> </div> <p>I think you might have misunderstood the point of Andrias'sMalachite question. </p><p>I think he/she was asking why Amethyst was included in the Temple Fusion at Beach City. </p><p>The answer to that is that we don't know how long Amethyst has been with the Crystal Gems, and we don't know when the Temple was built. It could have been built well after the war, and well after Rose found Amethyst. This would mean the CGs have the technical/magical ability to build such things with just the four of them to do the work. </p><p>Another less likely possibility is that it was made before Rose found Amethyst, and the figure is based on a Future Vision that Garnet had. </p><p>Yet another even less likely possibility is that it was made before, or even during, the war, and the Amethyst that is represented is not <i>our</i> Amethyst, but rather a CG who was corrupted. </p>

We'll have to wait and see!

If this weapon ever shows i hope they will explain how it works and if it has any weaknesses.
