Garnet and pearl even said that there was no other way to free earth then shattering pink diamond but its not in Rose's character to shatter someone. She even imprisoned one of her best friends because of her beliefs. Pink Diamond totally ordered her to do it.</span> </p>

<p>Pretty sure Pearl said that PD took humans from their families as trophies of her conquest. </p>
