<p>So we are currently at Season 4 and we will get one more season after this season which will be Season 5
</p><p>Now you guys says there should be more seasons after Season 5 but I will ask you this question
</p><p>Do you want Cartoon Network to milk Steven Universe out of Life?! Did you not know how Nickelodeon did with Spongebob Squarepants and Fairy Oddparents?! It used to be good show but NOT ANYMORE! They kept those Show going to the point that you get very tired of those show! Do you want Steven Universe to suffer like what Nick did with Spongebob Squarepants or Fairy Oddparents?!

</p><p>And plus, How would you kept Steven Universe storyline going? It would be boring if they concluded the whole Homeworld Storyline! What is more to tell?!

<p>lol I'm not assuming, they've said they're not planning to complete the story by season 5. The only acceptable outcome here is that the show is allowed to continue for as many more seasons as it takes for the crew to tell their entire story, just like Regular Show, Adventure Time, and Gravity Falls. I doubt Cartoon Network is stupid enough to kill their best show before it's time, which is what a season 5 cancellation would be.

<p>Well to his Credits, Some of Cartoon Network Last more season than Season 5
</p><p>Adventure Time so have 8 Season and will get Ninth season! MY GOD! How this show managed to get a Ninth season is anyone guess!
</p><p>Also Regular Show have 8 seasons!
</p><p>So Steven Universe could get renew for more seasons considered of those show get more seasons after Fifth Season! Especially Adventure Time!

<p>Regardless on what other show last long or not, doesn't reflect much as this situation of the show is dealing with, only if CN hadn't slashed out all of the 52 episodes, previously from Season 2 and 3, like they did to Uncle Grandpa, it would had expanded a bit on storyline to be fullfilled enough to fill in the gaps that they left out, but as for now, we not close to 5th season yet. </p>

<p>I think the network should allow them to finish the story the way they want to, it seems they've been fairly co-operative so far.
</p><p>And anyone remember Kids Next Door? Man, that show had like 7 seasons or something and the plot and storylines just escalated so consistently with each season. It was fun to watch and seemed to have a good ending so um. "Let them finish" I say.
....Cartoon can follow some really weird business practices and has cancelled so many shows that I honestly wouldn't be surprised about anything they do anymore but at the same time, at least they have been consistently putting out cartoons by cartoonists for years. And I have some faith in that. They want to provide cartoon content for kids but also to keep some of their content appealing to demographics outside of kids' age-groups. So I dunno. I don't really wanna put anything definitive on post-s5 releases until there are official announcements.
</p><p>Considering that each season or "series" as it's known in the UK CN has roughly 13-14 episodes by some standards, how many more seasons will depend on the number of eps and those I think will depend on how well the Crewniverse can tell their final story arcs over the same 11-minute format they have been using so far.
</p><p>also re: Beach City episodes. I love the foreshadowing in them, the interactions Steven has and connections he makes..... I know people find seeing other people and seeing "dumb cartoon humans" on tv tedious but honestly if it weren't for the Beach city episodes I think half the world-building would just be dead and non-existent. I mean... Steven is not just half-gem. He's <i>half-human</i> too. I think this is something that shows like Legend of Korra really missed out on because there's a lack of showing the saviour of a universe is still human despite. And I think Steven's best flaws and features a lot of times come out with hanging around and with humans so there. Character DevelopmentTM too.
