You're kidding!?

Nope, here is a quick explanation with a bunch of mistakes and horrible formatting

"Mr. Greg" wasn't so much about Pearl forgiving Greg as much as it was about her finally accepting Rose's choice of picking him. But yes, I agree - the ending was rushed. However, I can forgive the episode for that because such is the curse of the 10 minute-format. "Mr. Greg" is not alone in having the ending feel rushed because of it. Far from it.

There are tons of episodes I feel should've had a 20 minute-format - especially those with lengthy musical numbers taking up a good chunk of those 10 minutes. Greg singing "
Comet" in "
Story for Steven" is pretty damn awesome, but it eats up A LOT of runtime and that episode feels really, reaaaaaally rushed afterwards.... Which was a huge bummer because it was our first look into the life of the Gems and Greg during the 80's and I was left wanting more. More. MORE!

However, that doesn't mean I "hate" the episode. Far from it.

EDIT: Oh, also remember that Pearl doesn't just make a total 180 in this episode. If you watch the show from the very beginning you'll see that Pearl slowly but surely starts warming up to Greg and becomes less hostile towards him as episodes go by. "Mr. Greg" was just her apparent final step on that journey.
