On a computer screen, it's fine, but have you ever tried to watch Steven Universe on Cartoon Network proper? (No, because it's never on, but whatever)

Pull up On Demand. find Room for Ruby, and watch it- Peridot, Lapis, Navy, and Steven's Clothes in particular are overly saturated, to the point at which, yes, it DOES hurt my eyes, and many other's.Â

if it were just one person who had an issue with it, maybe, but the fact that several people have reported this issue tells me this is something the show needs to fix. This is a legitimate critiscm- Or is it too much to ask for me to watch Steven Universe without expiriencing severe eye strain? Obviously I'M at fault for trying to enjoy a show, the show did nothing wrong. Does that sound right?

At one point, this wasn't a problem- S1-2 looked fine, Season 3 started to increase the saturation, and by Season 4, any daytime shot featuring a gem character was painful to look at. (And for Some Reason, Lapis became neon-light-blue, even though Lapis Lazuli's are a dark blue?)
