I just realized that in an episode called Lars of the stars, Rhodonite quotes about Lars:
"He can slip past the scanners undetected!"
And yes, to sneak into places he would have to get them past scanners, and likely NO ONE was around to see them visually, but remember what Emerald said earlier? Here:
"It was an insult when you impersonated imperial officers during a cosmic jubilee."
And I realized Wait, if this is a gem event or place . . . what about Fluorite and Rhodonite? If they impersonated officers, they would likely have to go along with the act which means[especially in Fluorite's case] NO FUSIONS IN PUBLIC EYE. Even if they briefly stepped in, you can't help but notice these fusions.

[1] The fusions shape - shifted.
[2] The fusions unfused.
Then I stopped myself again. # 1 would make some sense, as Lars didn't mention them unfusing.

But 2 . . . would make some sense, too. Like we saw Ruby and Sapphire do in Gem Heist and That will be all, they might have had to do this to protect themselves and comrades as to not get noticed. Sure, they have been fused for a LONG TIME, but as I said before, protecting the rest of their friends seems like something they might do. And another thing, whether you love someone very much or not, you both have different opinions as to what you want to shape - shift into. Plus,[especially for Fluorite] it'd be HARD to cover every gem in clothes and accessories when you are a fusion. But share your thoughts!
