<p>The season's not even over yet, not even close. Besides a lot has happened, if you only count the major plot threads then here's what's happened: </p><p>Steven went to Homeworld and learned his mom might not have killed PD. </p><p>Lars died and has to find his way home with the Off Colors </p><p>Lapis left with the barn thus Peridot has to stay in the temple </p><p>Stevonnie got stranded on a moon where they had a vision of Pink Diamond </p><p>We learn some more about how at least Garnet knew of the events of the rebellion </p><p>We saw White Diamond </p><p>Garnet is kinda showing signs of maybe passing the torch to Steven </p><p>There's only been a one-two episode break inbetween each major event and if the bingo is telling the truth about this season and if the promo from a couple weeks ago is any indication a lot more will be happening. Just try to be patient. </p>

<p>After the Stranded special, I pretended that the series ended after "Jungle Moon", but it was wrong for me to do that. I freaked out that Steven was missing in "Jungle Moon" so I pretended that <i>Steven Universe</i> had come to an end. It was really dumb. </p>

<p>Better than Season 4 which was really slow starting & wasn't until that Steven Bomb focusing on Blue Diamond halfway through that it actually got good. You have to realize Season 5 is still only half finished, although a lot has happened already. We actually saw Pink Diamond, who was mentioned in Jasper's cryptic last words near the end of Season 3. We learned the truth about how Lion came to be when Steven brought back to life Lars. </p>

<p>Not worst by any means. It's just that they hyped it by making a big deal out of things that didn't happen, or were kind of underwhelming.  </p><p>Though the good stuff has been REALLY good! :) </p>
