<p>I actually feel like Ruby/Saphire were kind of selfish with how the reacted. Not once did they think about Steven and how he must be feeling, I think thats why Amerthyst didn't run after Ruby and at the beggining and didn't seem to care - she was more concerened about Steven, even when they started discussing it, i felt like amerthyst also felt hurt she was lied to but knew that it didn't matter becuase Steven is all that matters. </p>

<p>I think that, due to how Steven seems to bounce back from constantly almost dying and learning horrible truths about his mom like it's nothing, the other Gems sometimes kinda forget that no Steven's not ok in fact he's bottling everything up and focusing on other people's problems. However, Amethyst has bottled her feelings up before so she knows how to deal with it. </p>

<p>Responding the to title of this episode; </p><p>My problem is: Where is Peridot????? </p><p>She is supposedly living at the Temple, in Steven's bathroom. Is she in a coma during all this? I am very disappointed that she has just been ignored in these two episodes. Is she a Crystal Gem or Not?? </p><p>She is not my favorite character, though I do like her. I do not think she is being treated as a real Crystal Gem, rather as just an occasional comic relief character. This is so disappointing because a lot of effort was put into her character development. It makes no sense to just ignore her now.  </p>

<p>Sapphire: "Why would she be a cowboy?" </p><p>Foreshadowing maybe? </p><p>Also did anyone else laugh their heads off at that. </p>

<p>I wonder how the exchange with Ruby and Greg went </p><p>Greg: Welp, almost time to close up. Ruby what're you doing here? </p><p>Ruby: Greg, something aweful happened! Sapphire's mad at me! </p><p>Greg: What happened? </p><p>Ruby: Rose was...Pink Diamond was...and Sapphire said our relationship was based on a lie! So I decided to write a note telling her I ran away and- </p><p>Greg: Wait, did you specifically say you've run away? </p><p>(Ruby nods while crying) </p><p>Greg: Aw geez, well get in the passenger seat of the van. We'll go to Brooding Hill and I'll order some pizza. </p><p>Ruby: That sounds lovely! </p>

<p>Peri might've gone on one of those 24 hour naps Amethyst does offscreen, we'll probably see a very confused Peridot in Made of Honor and Reunion. </p>

<p>What was kinda funny in this episode, was when Amethyst shapeshifted herself small. But, not her gem. It stayed its regular size. Tiny Amethyst was like wearing a shell around her! LOL!! </p>

And since she has not come out of the bathroom, I was thinking she was most likely sleeping for all this time (probably dreaming about Lapis and crying since Pearl and Sapphire were having a crying fest upstairs. I bet it's not loud enough to wake Sleeping Beauty but the sounds of the crying fest can be incorpreated into her dreams). </p><p>So, yes, I think you're right, Peridot was being Sleeping Beauty but except a magic spell didn't put her to sleep, just her own choice and a kiss wouldn't wake her, she'll just wake up on her own. And yes, I bet Peridot will be very confused when she finally wakes up in the next couple of episodes but then will eventually get over it. </p>
