It was pretty good. It shows that Amethyst has a lot of her own feelings regarding this new information.

Why did Ruby run away?

<p>I actually feel like Ruby/Saphire were kind of selfish with how the reacted. Not once did they think about Steven and how he must be feeling, I think thats why Amerthyst didn't run after Ruby and at the beggining and didn't seem to care - she was more concerened about Steven, even when they started discussing it, i felt like amerthyst also felt hurt she was lied to but knew that it didn't matter becuase Steven is all that matters. </p>

<p>I think that, due to how Steven seems to bounce back from constantly almost dying and learning horrible truths about his mom like it's nothing, the other Gems sometimes kinda forget that no Steven's not ok in fact he's bottling everything up and focusing on other people's problems. However, Amethyst has bottled her feelings up before so she knows how to deal with it. </p>
