<p>I am really sorry for being corny but...it appears we are getting back to Bismuth!
</p><p>Anyway, I can see where this is going based on the promo. The invasion will occur most likely during the reception (or maybe the ceremony, who knows?), hence why a lot of the Beach City citizens are dressed formal. And if the voice actor for Bismuth is not sticking around, then it is likely that something will happen to Bismuth when the Diamonds come (I'm presuming they are on the ships we see).

I'm glad they didn't just skip Bismuth's reflection on everything and made her accept it instantly. An episode dedicated to her finding out the truth and remembering her action was exactally what her character needed.
