<p>Well it's not Avatar the Last Airbender people sometimes make it out to be. It's a very good yet very flawed show. If I had to compare it to any other show I'd have to compare it to either Sonic X or Kirby Right Back At Ya. Cute, funny, a little cheesy with a flawed yet memorable story. </p>

<p>I feel that Steven Universe is only slightly overrated. I personally do not think we need the immense amount of LGBTQ content in the show. Now before you all come to get me, I am not a hater, but I am not a supporter either. People can do what they wish, but don't tell me I have to agree with it. I think that the plot is innovative, yet there are certain aspects of the show that I feel are just like every other cartoon out there. We have another male hero as opposed to a female one. We need more female-dominated shows!!! And almost every conflict in the show is resolved by talking. Switch it up a little bit once in a while! I mean, these are just minor details, but overall, Steven Universe is okay. Not my favorite show, but I like watching it. </p>

<p>I don't think that Steven Universe is overrated and this is why </p><p>TalkingOddlySpooky  </p><p>I don't really think it is overrated it seems to me as if it is underrated but I do agree the fandom has a big crowd but it really seems like tweens and a few years older are the people who are actually intrested in it. The people in my class do like it but they don't really like the story driven part which is the main part of the show. The watch it on Netflix instead of actually watching it on cartton Network so they have only seen Season 1 and have been left on a cliffhanger because they haven't watched any other seasons but rather small portions of episode or story driven episode which make absolotely no sense. The people who don't watch Steven Universe just don't like it they say it's annoying but I think it's because they've only watched a few episode of it and only Season 1 I know you're supposed to watch Season 1 first but I really want to just know what happens because even if they don't like it after I will know they tried (sorry fro being cheesy) but seriously everybody just blames season 1 and don't watch any of the story driven episode and then they base the WHOLE show on what they've just watched. So no I don't find it overrated... In my clas </p>
