It depends and the answer is different if you ment which character hurt pink diamond or if you ment which character was hurt by pink diamond...

None of them other than Blue has hurt Pink Diamond, so it has to be "that was most hurt by Pink Diamond"

Pink Pearl suffered not only physical injury from pink, but also permanent psychological damage and scarring. Pink is also indirectly the reason that Pink Pearl was taken and controlled by White for 8,000 years.

Second would have to be Pearl and then third Spinel.

It's definitely between pink pearl and spinel but I think I'll go with spinel because she had to actually endure 6000 years of feeling rejected and unloved while pink pearl only got the scar and yes she was controlled by pink diamond she doesn't remember anything so compared to spinel she had it way worse
