Just because their a they/them doesn't mean they have to identify that way. Even if they were she/her, they would still most likely identify as he/him

To simplify a little: Rainbow Quartz 2.0 has been referred as both "he/him" and "they/them," probably by different characters, and doesn't seem to mind being called either one.
