My base for this theory is that Peridot has moved much more than Ferro-Metals, and this is shown when she very first used her ability when she caught the tablet in Mid-Air, as Tablets are made of Copper, Silver, Gold, Palladium non of which are able to be moved by Ferrokinesis as they aren't Ferro-Metals.

Further evidence comes from the Episode Beta, where Peridot performs her one Gem Metal Band, using her ability on a Triangle, which is made out of Steel, a pair of Cymbals made out of Copper Based Alloys such as Bronze, a Recorder made out of either wood or Plastic, a Saxaphone made out of Brass, a Drum made out of

Plastic, Wood, and potential metals such as steel, aluminium, brass or bronze, and a tambourine made out of wood, plastic and either steel or brass. Along with this in the same episode she was moving Tin Cans which are well made of Tin or a Tin Alloy, evidence by her Twitter she moved a spoon which are normally made out of Silver, a Nickel Silver Alloy or Stainless Steel (The last two is a 50-50 on whether they're ferromagnetic still).

So in short, I don't think Peridot has Ferrokinesis but I don't think she just has Levitation or Telekinesis, more rather she can manipulate 3 Types of Magnetism, FerroMagnetism, ParaMagnetism, and DiaMagnetism (Here's a list of which metals are what
