Alright anyway, great episode. I literally did not remember that lars and sadie kissed but it's whatever. Lars is still being a jerk, but then comes around, but will probably continue to be a jerk. Also, the cooking episode foreshadowing? I don't really know man, I just like this.

Can somebody please tell me how Steven is such an amazing vocalist. Also the flow is catchy, it's just a cool song tbh. You know what they say, "the best things in life are those where a half-kid half-rock plays his ukulele."

Steven Universe reference in Sweet Thing

Hi! I was recently very surprised to hear the song “Wherever you are” from “Island Adventure” in Sweet Thing, a 2020 movie by Alexander Rockwell. The movie (which by the way is totally great) is about two siblings who need to spend the summer at their mother’s place while their dad is in rehab, but the mother is now with a total jerk and they run away to reconnect with their father. In a scene, they play with an ukulele and they make a duet on “Wherever you are”. That was really endearing. I wonder if anyone else noticed that and I think it should be included in the trivia section on the wiki about the song.

How much does Shep know about Sadie?

In Little Graduation when Steven brought up being stranded on an island to Shep, Sadie was visibly disturbed. That suggests to me that Sadie has not told Shep of her behavior in Island Adventure. Likely she hasn't told them about events in Joking Victim either or likely anything involving her rather disturbing behavior towards Lars. If Shep genuinely doesn't know these things will Sadie ever tell them? If she doesn't and Shep finds out through other means will it affect their relationship?

Sadie and Lars Aren't A Good Couple!

So far, all I have seen is a relationship based on lies and manipulation. He treats he like a doormat by making her do his work and has even feigned a back injury to do so. She hid a warp pad so she would be trapped on an island with her. Them making out was out of fear of never getting off the island and loneliness. 
If I could compare their relationship to anyone else's, it would be the Joker and Harley Quinn's. Lars has Sadie believing that she is in love with him and that he loves her back, when the truth is that Lars is just using her. He is immature and cares only about how the world see's him, which was shown in "Horror Club" the best. 
Sadie is a hormonal teen not completely in control of her emotions. I have a good feeling that this is her first relationship and still hasn't learned how to be more confident and less submissive to the will of the male role. As this is her first relationship she has no one to compare Lars to, thus can judge if this "relationship" is good or bad. In my opinion, Ronaldo is better for her. 
So Lars and Sadie is a big NOPE for me.

Talk about the latest episode here! I'm not too sure whether I'll like this episode (more excited about next weeks), and I'm extremely sad right now with personal life. Maybe this episode can cheer me up. EDIT: Not that bad of an episode! Some feels at one moment, but a great Lars and Sadie episode. I can't believe that Sadie would do that; hiding the Warp pad getting them trapped! Steven Universe: fighting the male/women stereotype. This episode was also a great example of it, because Lars was the cooker and Sadie was the hunter (normally vice versa).
