<p>Other than Ronaldo, I doubt. </p><p>Well, humans are pretty absent in most of the show, other than erm..the mayor and the other people in Beach City. Even after the ocean disappeared , and after a giant hand fell from the sky , there wasn't a single outside influence. So either, Beach City is the only place with people (which wouldn't make sense) or Beach City is cut off from the rest of the world (which still wouldn't make sense) or the show doesn't really dwell with the people outside the city, since its mostly random adventures and some plot here and there.  </p>
