There's no evidence that he lost his healing ability. It's highly unlikely that it would have worked on the Geode or the Galaxy Warp anyway, seeing as neither of them are alive.

The Warp Pad, yes, but the Geode, we don't know. We should keep an eye on it, it has great potential to become a Chekhov's McGuffin or Gun <del>Gunman???</del>But I agree with you, while he could have lost them, there is no evidence that he didn't recover them, especially since he has greatly improved his confidence and his powers</div>Anyway, even if he did lose them for a while, I think after House Guest he has regained them, as he seems to be very confindent in his powers after that episode. If I were writing it, I would have had him fix the Geode in the end. This ambiguity is annoying and I really wish they would make it clear as to whether or not he can still use his powers.
</div>I think the ambiguity is OK, the Geode will probably play some role in a later episode and if the problem was solved so easily then there will not be any reason to return to it.
</div>I'm not saying he lost it forever, I'm just saying that his powers seem to work based on his state of mind, he just can't access it when he doesn't believe in himself. Similar to how he couldn't summon his shield unless he was protecting someone or felt maturnal love.
</div>
<p>What about the end of House Guest? By the time he tried again he fully expected it to work and believed in it, but it still failed.
