[Open Int. Beach City Docks]

(Steven is taking Lapis Lazuli somewhere at the beach docks, and Lapis is covering her eyes with her water wings)

Lapis Lazuli: I'm starting to guess the surprise, Steven.

Steven: I told you to close your eyes!

Lapis: [Chuckles] Sorry.

(Lapis closes her eyes)

Steven: Ok. Wait here.

(Lapis opens her eyes and removes her water wings from eyes.]

Steven and Greg: Suprise!

Lapis: Hmm.

Steven: We bought a boat!

Greg: Uh, Correction, we rented a boat. I may be rich but buying a boat might be a bit overboard.

Steven: Ayeeeee.

Greg: Ayeeeee.

Steven and Greg: Ayeeeeee.

Greg: Just a joke I picked up from some sailors. They have a surprisingly clean sense of humor.

Lapis: Steven, who is this?

Greg: Uh, Greg Universe. You broke my leg trying to use the ocean to fly back to your Homeworld.

Lapis: Lapis Lazuli. Nice to meet you.

(Greg holds his hand out waiting for Lapis to shake)

Greg: Great! I'll get the boat started!

Steven: So...what do you think?

Lapis: It's nice, Steven. But I don't know.

Steven: Look, Lapis. I know you spent a really long time fused with Jasper at the bottom of the ocean, but you're not Malachite anymore. And water is apart of who you are, and you can't let one bad experience take that away from you.

Lapis: It was more than one.

Steven: Just give it a chance. I promise we'll make this the most fun you've ever had.

Lapis: Steven, I, don't deserve this.

Steven: Of course you do! We even named her, Li'l Lappy.

(Greg holds a thumbs up at them, and then realizes that the fake name tag, 'Li'l Lappy' came off the boat. He the puts it back over the real name of the boat, 'S.S. Misery')

Lapis: [Snorts and chuckles] Ok, I'll give it a chance, but just one.

(Lapis uses her water wings, picks up Steven, and heads to the boat)

Greg: You two ready to set sail?

Steven: Aye aye, Captain!

Lapis: Yes.

(Greg honks the boat's horn)

Greg: Full speed ahead-woah!

(Greg fall over and then finds out that he had ripped a piece wood off the dock with the boat)

Greg: Aww geez, you think anyone's going to notice?
