(Open introduction on the outside of the Barn)

(Episode starts with Peridot inside the Barn with Lapis and Steven where she is logging about her reform on Earth and her feelings about living with Lapis)

Peridot: And then I'll say," Hey, as one refugee to another, it isn't so bad that we can't go back to Homeworld, am I right? Why can't we watch the sun come up and figure out what we're going to do with all this time? Eh Lazuli." And then she'll say," Yes Peridot, as impressed I was by you on the ship, I am even more impressed with your more compact look and capacity for friendship, I'm so glad we're g oing to live together." Peridot Facet 5

(Peridot ends her log)

Peridot: Let's begin

Lapis Lazuli: This isn't gonna work

Peridot: Wait, Whats?

Lapis Lazuli: I really thought I would be living alone here.

Steven: Yeah but this is even better, oh here, how about this, I saw this on an episode of a TV show, I didn't see how it ended but I'm sure it worked out right(Steven takes out a marker from his left pocket and open the cap). We'll divide this place in half, you'll both have you're own space(Steven starts dividing the Barn into 2 non-equal parts using the marker). High ceilings, real wood floors, convenient location on the heart of the country, so what do you think roomies?(Stands up and puts the cap of the marker on)

(Peridot and Lapis Lazuli stand on their sides respecting their space)

Peridot: I like the cut of your gem Steven Quartz

Lapis Lazuli: No! No way!(Lapis Lazuli seems disappointed as she stands beside Peridot)

Peridot: What's the problem? you're the one getting all the good stuff, you've got the propeller and paintcans on your side, you can do tons with those, hooo(Peridot puts her right finger on her chin), actually I want the paint cans, you wanna trade something?

(Lapis crossed her shoulders and seems more into living alone than with the likes of Peridot)

Lapis Lazuli: I don't care about the paint cans, that's not the problem.

Peridot: Buh...

Steven: What's wrong Lapis?

Lapis Lazuli: It's her!

Peridot: Ehck...(Peridot suddenly backs away from Lapis)

Steven: Ahhh(Steven feels really confused about what to do next?)

Lapis Lazuli: She's the Problem, I can't stand the thought of looking at her everyday, she's the one who dragged me back to Earth.(Seemingly clear, Lapis is angry on Peridot for bringing her back to Earth)

Peridot: Hey, it wasn't my idea, I was headed to earth and I needed an informant, it should have been a simple mission, things didn't really didn't work out for either of us.

(Lapis suddenly scolds)

Lapis Lazuli: You used me like everyone else did!

Peridot: (Peridot calmly replies) But it's not like that anymore, it's different now, I'm different.

(Steven came to the middle of the conversation)

Steven: It's true Lapis, Peridot has come in to her own since she's been living on Earth.

Peridot: I sabotage my own mission, I helped save the Earth, I even yelled at Yellow Diamond, she's probably sending a whole fleet to find me and shatter me right now. I'm kind of a big deal, a big Anti-Homeworld Deal(Peridot seems impressed that she is wanted in Gem Homeworld)

(Lapis walks to Steven in hopes he understands)

Lapis Lazuli: Steven, I don't think this is gonna work.

Steven: (Steven running out of any thing to say goes back to the division of the barn) Ahhhh, ummmm, mmmm, maybe we could put up a curtain?

(Lapis walks to the main doors of the Barn and flies out to the top of the Silo)

Steven: (Steven stands beside Peridot) Ahhmm, sorry..Thought this was gonna be okay, I forgot the last time you saw each other wasn't so okay.

Peridot: That was IN THE Past! it's not lIKE THAT NOW! UGHHhh!

Steven: I know.

Peridot: But obviously doesn't! she's the one who needs to know, I want her to understand.

Steven: (Steven is over-filled with happiness) Awww Peridot, that's so sweet, that's the you you need to show her.

Peridot: Show her my sweets?(Peridot became confused)

Steven: I got you (Steven does his finger-out-and-a-wink signature)

Steven: (Steven takes out a Giant piece of paper, presumably A1 size and folded it in half) Cards are a great way to tell someone something if you can't meet face to face, or if they don't wanna see your face. You gotta give her a taste of the sweet version of Peridot.

Steven: Here, Look(Steven hands Peridot his drawing). It's you and Lapis holding hands

Peridot: Where are our noses?

Steven: (Steven feels proud) Oh, that's kinda part of my style lately.

Peridot: Is not having fingers also your style?

Steven: No, I'm-I'm just bad in drawing hands.

Steven: So here's your part, come here(Steven tells Peridot to sit beside him). Write an apology inside the lapis so that she knows how sorry you are about before, and that everything is okay now. If you write it from your heart, your feelings will reach her

(Both sit down for a moment of awkward silence)

Steven: Just try to be sincere

Peridot: Hmmm.....(Peridot thinks about what to write)

Lapis Lazuli: Mmmmm(Lapis Lazuli enjoys the peace and quiet until Peridot starts shouting)

Peridot: Hey Lazuli! HEY Lazuli! HEY!

Lapis Lazuli: UGgh!

Peridot: Lazuliiii, HEY. Why isn't she responding

I'm not sure, I thought she was up there, Lapis, are you up there?

Lapis Lazuli: Yes Steven?

Go on

Peridot: Steven did the outside, and I did the inside.

Lapis Lazuli: (Lapis starts reading Peridot's note)Sorry I interrogated you, you were just full such useful information. That's a sincere complement, Peridot.

Peridot: The noses, one can only conclude that it was lack of noses. It seems illogical to me that it would be any of the writing elements, it took me over an hour to compose it, and I was the most the most sincere per Steven's instructions.

Steven: It could be she's not much of a reader, how about a gift?

Peridot: Another approach? Yes, but what?

Steven: Hmmm, think of things she likes

Peridot: Things she likes? Lapis Lazulis are typical partial to water and flying. Hmmm, huh. No

Steven: No?

Peridot: Nah ah, BUT IF

Steven: Yeah?

Peridot: Nah...

Steven: Yeah...That'd be over doing it

Peridot: Ughh.....

Steven: Hmmmm, water....I think you have something with that.

(Steven brings Lapis with her eyes covered)

Steven: You can't see through those, right?

Steven: Actually, yes, but it's very blurry.

Steven: Good to know. Well, here we are

(Lapis unfolds her wings to find a miniature lake where peridot was floating around in a rubber water floater)

Peridot: H2O My GOSH, it's as smaller than an average lake

Steven: It's from the hole we drilled, Peridot and I sealed it and filled it with water.

Peridot: It's a gift for you, you know cauz like water's your thing, pretty good right? The barns out here in the country but now you can get your moisture fixed whenever and do that water stuff you do

Lapis Lazuli: Water? Seriously?

Peridot: Yeah

Lapis Lazuli: You do realize that I spent the last few month trapped under the ocean, right?

Peridot: Sure..but I thought

Lapis Lazuli: It was an endless crushing darkness, WET and BLEAK and SUFFOCATING. Water was the tomb, I lived in for those month.

(Peridot starts falling into the hole of the rubber floater, Steven and Peridot felt really awkward now)

Peridot: Tomb, you say?

Lapis Lazuli: Yeah, I'm kinda taking a break from water right now but thanks, for the lake

Peridot: (Peridot creates quiet sounds in the background out of despair) Ugh...Ughooo

Lapis Lazuli: (Lapis goes to Steven) Don't worry Steven, it's not your fault

(Peridot and Steven are in the Barn again to discuss about what to give to Lazuli)

Peridot: A pool?! What a cloddy idea. of course she wouldn't like that, there's nothing, nothing, NOTHING!(Peridot is reluctant to gain Lapis's trust)

Steven: There has to be something, something something. Maybe, instead of something she likes, give her something you like, a piece of you!(Steven emphasizes about giving something that helped her out during her stay on Earth)

Peridot: Ummmm.....Okay? How about, my Camp Pining Hearts DVD?

Steven: Which Season?

Peridot: 5?

Steven: Trash

(Steven and Peridot agree that Season 5 of Camp Pining Hearts is not interesting)

Peridot: I know. (Peridot falls towards the floor)Ughhhh

Peridot: Log date, whatever, Facet whatever, UGHH, WHAT EVER! Clearly there's nothing important enough to give to Lazuli. At least I have you, tape recorder.(Peridot looks at her Tape Recorder)
