Billy Merritt

Billy Merritt is the voice of Mr. Fryman in Steven Universe and the voice of the Bass Fish Toy in the episode "Secret Team" as well as the singer of the "Li'l Butler" theme song.

He is a performer, teacher, and director who was a founding member of improv groups The Swarm, The Stepfathers, and The Smokes.
