Whoa, whoa, whoa...! Why would you maybe thought of something like that could really happen on that episode?? I mean, I never thought of that scene for this episode could happen, for reals and it would be mind blowingly cool. ???

Someone drew that fusion once. They said he would be voiced by Steven Blum, which would be awesome.

For some reason my gut reaction is that I want Jack Black doing the voice.

Hm, perhaps that could work too. One thing for sure, he'd be as big as a gorilla.
Pointing out that Ronaldo getting frustrated with Steven was likely due to him not sleeping for (according to the blog) 3 days straight, is important. I'm an insomniac, and not sleeping can get you moody, but it shouldn't be taken personally as it is a self-issue.
Besides hidden gems of this episode. I like Ronaldo as a character; I like the fact that all the humans of Beach City have different personalities. They are not just a cardboard cut out to be stood in the background and ignored. I don't think people understand how rare that can be for a show.
Ronaldo is the one that definitely stands out the most. I can put up with his jerkiness behavior more than Lapis'. He doesn't fall in line for just anyone, unless it is his girlfriend, he respects Steven (unlike Lars), and shows enthusiasm when given a task.
cringe-worthy!!!

I love Ronaldo. I was heart-broken when Steven caused his girlfriend to break up with him... Steven forcing him to go through with their scheme is, in my opinion, uncharacteristically uncaring of Steven - and possibly the worst thing he's ever done to someone else. I loathed him for doing so.

Yea but he got back together and Steven and the rest of the teens dind't believe he had one. Ronaldo can be rude at times and Steven was awaken by Ronload most people would be angry.

Still doesn't change the fact that it was a terrible thing for Steven to put him through - especially since Ronaldo's sadness was played on for comedic relief and they didn't show Steven have any remorse over it...
I didn't hate Rocknaldo, honestly.
It was a good episode. Not the best, I know, but stills good.
It shown Ronaldo's character in a more sympathetic light, in the end. Also we discover that Gems are not accepted by all the humans, and because of this Ronaldo decide to help his fellow understand Garnet, Amethyst & Pearl's true good nature, and in the process he starts to grown-up.
In truth, I think he has a greater potential to become a good character than Lapis, how has been almost totally ruined.
