Connecting what we have seen in "Jungle Moon" to stuff seen in other episodes, we can figure out how the "Diamond family" actually worked out - it's not like Yellow hated Pink, pointed her out for being small or anything like that. She might have been a little cold, but she really cared about her sister, in a way that she would never let her run a colony so early, like how your mother doesn't let you play with knives or drive a car when you're 8 years-old...cause she knows you will mess up. She wanted Pink to become a true Diamond, and to act as one, and my theory is that the entire point of letting her by her side was that she was actually tutoring her, or maybe White assigned her to this job.
But then there's Blue. Like many other people, i have a feeling that she treated Pink like a child and spoiled her to the end. Yeah, it's cute and all, but was it any good for Pink? Did she actually liked that? I mean...at some point in her life, Pink might have figured out that although Blue was compassionate and permissive, she also didn't recognized her as an capable leader that could run a colony by herself; that she saw her as a fragile little gem that should always be protected and looked after.
Pink Diamond didn't wanted any of that. She wanted to be what she was supposed to be, and that colony on the milky way was her chance to show she was capable of it. But then came the war and everything went upside down, and i believe that was the worst thing for her, because at the end, no matter how everyone praised her and fought for her, she felt that she was failing, and could never achieve what her sisters had....but still had to show strength, and no trace of doubt in front of her subordinates, and specially in front of her sisters.
So...the real tragedy here is that Pink wasn't angered at White, Yellow or Blue, but with herself...and maybe...just maybe, at the last moment, she simply accepted her fate.
In denial, Yellow decided to blame Rose for everything and get rid of the Earth because she didn't wanted to remind how, deep down, she felt guilty for what happened, believing it was her mistake to hand over that colony to Pink and not guide her properly.
Blue fell into depression because she thought she failed on her task of protecting Pink at any cost, giving up on her own duties as a Diamond, compensating her guilt by not letting Pink go and wanting to make Rose "pay" for something she don't even know for sure.
When everything gets revealed, i guess there will be a huge confrontation between Yellow and Blue, and they will be accusing each other of responsibility in Pink's death...until someone (Steven? White Diamond?) points out that both of them were wrong, by blaming Rose for everything and not figuring out that they themselves harmed Pink in a way or another, contributing to her demise.
But at the end, it was Pink Diamond herself who wanted to die.
