The Cloud Arena is a location first seen in the flashback sequence of "The Answer". It floated above Earth during the time of the Rebellion. Its current appearance and status in the present is unknown.

History

During the early days of the rebellion, Blue Diamond held court there. After an attack by Rose Quartz and Pearl, Ruby and Sapphire accidentally fused into Garnet for the first time. Six Homeworld soldiers, including Ruby's fellow guards, were poofed during the raid. Ruby took the blame to protect Sapphire from punishment. However, Sapphire would not allow Ruby to sacrifice herself, running off with her into the wilderness instead. Soon after, they were discovered by Pearl and Rose and joined the Crystal Gems.

Trivia

• In addition to floating, it shares many architectural similarities with the Ancient Sky Arena.
