Cloud Crystals are gem artifacts that absorb vapor from the air and converts it into liquid water. They are mainstays of classic gem architecture. They are first featured in Steven Universe: Crystal Clean.

Cloud Crystals vary in appearance, but they all appear to look like long clear crystals that come to a point.
History[]
In Steven Universe: Crystal Clean, Steven, Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot venture to the Sky Spire to collect a Cloud Crystal in order to build a machine to stop the Guacola Clones. After arriving, Peridot reaches into the water at the top of the spire and retrieves a crystal. After being chased back to the Warp Pad by crows, the gems return to the Crystal Temple, where Peridot puts it into a baggie. She then takes it to It's a Wash, where she uses it to create the Pressurized Hydro-Kinetic Crystalline Device.
