Demantoid's World is a location in the mobile game Unleash the Light. It was one of Homeworld's last conquests being managed by the Garnet Demantoid.
Description[]
Demantoid's World was a planet being managed by Demantoid around the beginning of Era 3. The planet was one of the last to be conquered, and was still under the process of being constructed by Bismuths. After Steven sent out a broadcast announcing Era 3, Demantoid forbade the planet's workers from listening to it. Sometime during the beginning of the era, Demantoid used her Prism to introduce Light Construct, who largely took over the functions of the Bismuths.
Terrain[]
The incorporated parts of the planet appear to contain triangular geological formations which vary in size. Some of the flora encountered on this planet might imply that the region in which most missions are preformed is a desert.
Ecology[]
The planet is able to foster life, as evidenced by the various flora and breathable atmosphere. Some of the flora that was witnessed includes:
- Cactus-like plant: A teal cactus-like plant that appears to be a blend between a cactus and coral appears many times as a background element. They all appear to have green leaves growing around their stems.
- Forked plant: The foreground of most non-incorporated locations appears to be populated by many small green forked plants.
Infrastructure[]

A part of the world that is under construction.
The infrastructure on Demantoid's planet is technological and geometrical. Most of the structures being built appear to be related in some way to technology. In the less developed areas, hexagonal floor pads can be seen being installed. The insides of structures consist of pillars which are constantly turning and pulsating. The interiors are illuminated by green lights, some blinking and some still. Both the interior and exterior of these buildings are littered with light-gray rectangular objects, whose purpose is never explained.

Deeper into the colony are illuminated light-green floor that overlook large surrounding structures, reminiscent of those seen on Homeworld. Some walls appear to look similar to data chips.
Trivia[]
- According to Chris Graham, the director of Grumpyface Studios and developer of Unleash the Light, he revealed on their official Discord server that the designation of Demantoid's World was "338". This is referring to the signs seen throughout the level that are written in Steven Sugar's Gem Glyph. One of those signs contain the colony's name. In Gem Glyph, this spells out "Yellow Diamond's 338th planet under Diamond rule", according to Steven Sugar's syntax which he revealed the notes of in the artbook End of an Era when describing The Reef's name in Gem Glyph. Chris also mentions that they intended this to be a new or modern conquest and that this is a "normal colony", which means it doesn't have a Kindergarten.
