The Diamond Ships are the gigantic personal spacecraft of the Diamonds. Each one has been shown to resemble a body part, with Yellow and Blue Diamond's ships being arms, Pink Diamond's ship being hips and legs, and White Diamond's ship being a torso and head. These ships can also form and connect together, creating the Diamond Mech, which resembles a gigantic robot body with many abilities.

Blue Diamond's Ship

Blue Diamond's Ship.png

Blue Diamond's Ship is a massive blue left arm-shaped spaceship. The ship is owned by Blue Diamond.

Blue Diamond's Ship is a large blue spaceship shaped like a left arm. Along the ship's arm and hand, sky blue lines are present and create square shapes in different parts of the exterior. A small hole on the ship's palm is used to act as an entrance for Blue Diamond's palanquin, which levitates from the hole into the ship. At the end of the arm, there is a light blue rectangle.

In "Steven's Dream", Blue Diamond grabs Greg and summons her ship. Steven watches in shock as Greg struggles in Blue Diamond's grip and pleads for her to let him go. Blue Diamond goes into her palanquin with Blue Pearl, and it floats up, entering the palm of her ship. Steven tries to give chase, using his floating powers until the ship blasts away at warp speed, causing him to start falling in the air. In "That Will Be All", the ship makes its second appearance at the zoo when Steven, Greg, and the Crystal Gems are leaving in the Roaming Eye. In "Reunited", Blue and Yellow Diamond come to Earth in their ships to release The Cluster. The ship is destroyed when The Cluster throws Yellow Diamond's ship onto Blue Diamond's ship. In "Legs From Here to Homeworld", pieces of the ship appear scattered across the beach in front of the temple.

By raising her left arm in front of her with her fingers spread, Blue Diamond can make her ship rise from its resting state. After the palanquin enters, the ship makes a fist and then flies to its destination at light speed, causing any nearby clouds to distort its shape; the ship bends in a circular pattern when flying. When the ship flies away, it also appears to create a strong blast of wind in the opposite direction, as seen when it stops Steven's floating abilities.

Blue's ship appears on Homeworld in Steven's dream in "Together Alone".

Peridot, Bismuth and Lapis Lazuli partially repaired and rebuilt Blue as well as Yellow's ships in "Change Your Mind", Peridot and Lapis came out of the blue bubble of the ship, though Obsidian destroyed them again when they were under White Diamond's control. The ships were repaired again afterward. The ship was later returned to Blue Diamond and is currently on Homeworld.

Yellow Diamond's Ship

Yellow Diamond's Warship.png

Yellow Diamond's Ship is a massive yellow right arm-shaped spaceship. The ship is owned by Yellow Diamond.

Throughout the ship's arm and hand, dark yellow lines are present and create square shapes in different parts of the exterior. There is a small hole on the ship's palm. At the end of the arm, there is a yellow rectangle.

In "That Will Be All", the ship makes its first appearance at the zoo when Steven, Greg, and the Crystal Gems are leaving in the Roaming Eye. In "Reunited", Blue and Yellow Diamond come to Earth in their ships to release The Cluster. The ship is destroyed when The Cluster throws Yellow Diamond's ship onto Blue Diamond's ship. In "Legs From Here to Homeworld", Yellow Diamond attempts to activate the ship but fails, causing the thumb to fall in the ocean.

Yellow's ship appears on Homeworld in Steven's dream in "Together Alone".

Peridot, Bismuth and Lapis Lazuli partially repaired and rebuilt Yellow as well as Blue's ships in "Change Your Mind", Bismuth came out of the yellow bubble of the ship, though Obsidian destroyed them again when they were under White Diamond's control. The ships were repaired again afterward, though Yellow's ship remained thumbless regardless. Nevertheless, the ship was returned to Yellow Diamond and is currently on Homeworld.

Pink Diamond's Ship

Pink Diamond's Leg Ship by TheOffColors.png

Pink Diamond's Ship is a massive pink spaceship shaped like a pair of legs. The ship was formerly owned by Pink Diamond and is currently owned by her son, Steven Universe of the Crystal Gems.

Pink Diamond's Ship is a large pink spaceship shaped like a pair of legs, with the feet shaped like heels. Throughout the ship's legs, light pink lines are present and create square shapes in different parts of the exterior.

The interior of the ship is almost circular. The ceiling is pink. The walls are red with the violet-red original symbol of the Great Diamond Authority. The center of the walkway has a footboard to activate the hologram around the legs. In front of the ship, the window frame has the shape of the triangle. Two huge seats flank the walkway. The back doorframe has the shape of the triangle.

In "Lion 4: Alternate Ending", the ship makes its first appearance, abandoned and mostly buried in the desert in front of Rose's Landfill. In "Legs From Here to Homeworld", Steven manages to activate the ship and uses it to go to Homeworld.

When Steven touched the ship with his hand, the pedestal and the whole ship glowed and rose out from the sand. His mother's old palanquin came in and out of the bubble to get in and out of the ship. In order to launch, the pilot has to get a running start. The pilot's legs control every movement of the ship. A holographic panel can be accessed near the footboard, presumably functioning as a dashboard. Like the Gem Warship, Pink Diamond's Ship can generate bubbles that can engulf its occupants and pass through its walls, allowing for rapid transport in and out of the craft.

In "Familiar", the ship still appears and Pearl tells Steven that Connie, Garnet, and Amethyst are still on the ship. It appears briefly in "Together Alone", still docked at its docking bay on Homeworld. In "Change Your Mind", like with the other Diamonds' ships, Steven can control the leg ship from the outside and make it kneel since he's the Diamond that his legs are connected to his mother's ship. The ship is still active under White Diamond's control. After it landed on Beach City and White's, Yellow's, and Blue Diamond's Ship detached and left, the leg ship sits on the mountain of the temple is embedded in.

In "Steven Universe: The Movie", the ship is seen back in its docking bay on Homeworld. Steven is seen using a Galaxy-capable Warp Pad to travel back from Homeworld to Earth, suggesting that he no longer uses the ship. Near the end, the other three Diamonds use the Diamond Mech to travel to Earth and back, but the legs are not attached.

White Diamond's Ship

White Diamond Ship by RylerGamerDBS.png

White Diamond's Ship is a massive white head-and-torso-shaped ship. It is owned by White Diamond. The interior of the head part of the ship is shaped like an oval. The walls are whitish gray.

It made its debut in "The Trial" and appeared in the title cards of "Off Colors", "Lars' Head", "Familiar", "Together Alone", "Escapism" and "Change Your Mind". In "Legs From Here to Homeworld", at the Diamond Ship Docking Bay, White Pearl transports Steven directly to White Diamond's ship, where he meets White Diamond. The ship remained docked at the same location since. In "Familiar", Steven looks at the ship from his mother's old room while trying to figure out how to talk to White. In "Together Alone", it appears again, still in the same place. In "Escapism", Stevonnie looks outside of the window of the Prison Tower at the view of the city, including White Diamond's ship. In "Change Your Mind", White Diamond pilots her ship to connect itself with Pink Diamond's Ship to prevent Steven and Connie from escaping. It is also shown that it can open its eyes, from which White Diamond can fire her mind control beams to possess other Gems. When Steven causes White Diamond to blush, her ship is also shown blushing. The ship is currently back on Homeworld.

Mega Diamond

Diamond Mech by RylerGamerDBS.png

The four Diamond Ships can be joined together to form a single humanoid colossus, the "Mega Diamond". It retains the capabilities of each of the individual ships, such as lightspeed travel, mind control beams, and remote control capabilities. Each part retains their original color scheme and appears to be controlled individually by their respective pilots. White Diamond was able to seize complete control over the Mega Diamond by mind-controlling Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond, and White Pearl.

Trivia

  • Blue and Yellow Diamond's ships resemble the Gem Warship in shape, except that each of their ships includes an arm attached to the hand and are colored to match their owners.
  • The placement of each individual ship on the Diamond Mech and their reference to body shapes could be reference to their status and importance as Diamonds. White Diamond's ship is a torso and a head, because she has the most authority over the Diamonds.  Blue and Yellow Diamond's ships are opposite arms, representing that they have an equal, middle authority compared to White and Pink Diamond. Pink Diamond's ship is two legs, because she was the most inferior and had the smallest status amongst the Diamonds.
  • All the Diamonds' ships make up the parts of a complete body and have the same colored pattern as the Authority's symbol. They are designed to join together, as shown in "Change Your Mind".
  • As seen in "That Will Be All", Blue Diamond's ship is in the configuration of an outstretched hand, while Yellow Diamond's ship is in the configuration of an enclosed fist. This shows Blue and Yellow Diamond's personalities; Blue Diamond is more understanding and willing to help and listen, whereas Yellow Diamond uses force to get what she wants and is more strong-willed.
  • All the Diamonds' ships can attach and detach similarity from Star Trek that two types of Federation starships the Prometheus-class and Galaxy-class have saucer separation to detach the saucer section from the stardrive section for an emergency and reattach when it's clear.
