Frybo is a mascot costume that made its debut as the titular antagonist of the episode "Frybo", after becoming fully animate through the possession of a Gem shard. In "Rose's Room", Frybo appeared again as a cameo character.
History[]
"Frybo"[]
Originally a mascot costume representing Beach Citywalk Fries, Steven placed a Gem shard into it to help Peedee Fryman. Frybo became dangerous when Peedee commanded it to "go make people eat fries", prompting it to forcibly shove an exorbitant amount of fries into the mouths of others. Frybo was finally defeated by a coalition of Steven's clothes, which were also brought to life by the remaining Gem shards. The Frybo suit was given a fiery funeral at sea by Mr. Fryman.
"Rose's Room"[]
A representation of Frybo was seen when Steven wished to go back to Beach City while in Rose's Room. It was assumed by Steven to be worn by Peedee, who repeatedly placed trays of fries onto the counter, each one phasing into the same spot.
Trivia[]
- Frybo's "blood" is ketchup, despite appearing to have bulging veins and arteries. This is revealed when Pearl disgustedly cries out about being covered in said red substance.
- As veins are blue in color, this gives the impression that Frybo has blood rather than ketchup and mustard, and may have possibly been alive.
Cultural References[]
- The costume's design bears a resemblance to Robbie the Rabbit from the video game Silent Hill 3.
