This article is about the dropships. You may be looking for another Ancient Gem Colony Ship. |
Homeworld Dropships provide Gems the ability for interstellar travel to invade or establish a new Gem colony on foreign planets. They are flown by crews of Nephrites.
Description[]
Homeworld dropships are large circular spaceships that look similar to flying saucers with three extendable landing legs. At the front of the dropship, there is a triangular entrance. The dropships come in the color that matches their commanding Diamond.
History[]
"Friend Ship"[]
The Crystal Gems track Peridot to a Pink Diamond dropship disabled since the Gem evacuation from Earth.
"Monster Reunion "[]
Through her drawings, Nephrite tells Steven and the gems that her crew has been waiting for her in the ship located in Pangea (Steven Universe's South America.) After helping her warp there, Steven finds that there are indeed other corrupted Nephrites, and begs Garnet to let them all remain unbubbled. Garnet agrees, adding that the ship is their bubble now.
"Bismuth"[]
Bismuth recalls how during the Rebellion, Pearl pulled a Nephrite out of the cockpit of her dropship.
"Lars' Head"[]
Pearl states that the disabled colony ship is still on earth and that they are attempting to repair it in order to rescue Steven from homeworld, but that this plan is not viable.
"Jungle Moon"[]
In "Jungle Moon" during Stevonnie's dream, some Ancient Gem Colony Ships commanded by Yellow Diamond can be seen during the process of a planet being colonized. During the episode, they are referred to simply as Drop Ships by Yellow and Pink Diamond.
