"Malachite's Realm" is a location that first appears in "Chille Tid." This is the realm where Jasper and Lapis Lazuli endlessly struggle for control of their fusion, Malachite, and where Lapis temporarily loses control of Malachite to Jasper.
Appearance
It appears to have a malachite gemstone texture (light green ripples) with the ground and water as the base. It has a dark green background and a glowing dark sea foam aura, so much that both Jasper and Lapis Lazuli's palettes become teal.
Significance
This is where both Lapis and Jasper are currently residing, and potentially reveals that all fusions could have mindscape realms which change accordingly with their personality as well as appearance and are inhabited by the gems that comprise them (although this could just be a representation of their mind as viewed through Steven's dream).
Trivia
- The chains around Lapis Lazuli and Jasper appear to be the same chains Lapis Lazuli originally used to pull Malachite underwater.
