Michaela Dietz is a South Korean-born American voice actress who voices Amethyst, various Amethyst guards (including the Amethyst members of the "Famethyst"), Hoppy, a part voice of Obsidian, and a part voice of The Cluster in Steven Universe. She also voices the minor characters of Percy in Camp Pining Hearts and an unknown Quartz warrior in "Sworn to the Sword".
Outside of the series, Dietz also provides the voice for Dolly in Disney's 101 Dalmatian Street, and Riff, an orange 6-year-old Hadrosaur in Barney & Friends.
Trivia
- When asked what her favorite episode of Steven Universe was, she responded, "I really loved this whole week", referring to the week of the third StevenBomb.[1]
- Her personal quote is "Don't EVER be afraid to be yourself."
- She stated on the Steven Universe Podcast that her favorite fusion was Smoky Quartz.
