Michael "Mike" Frederick Krol is an American musician and art designer that guest starred in "Last One Out of Beach City". Two of his songs, "Fifteen Minutes" and "Like a Star", were played during the episode. He also made a cameo as a minor character in the aforementioned episode. Mike co-composed the song "Disobedient" from Steven Universe: The Movie.
