The "Plant Monster" is a Gem monster that first appeared in the Steven Universe comic series.
Appearance
Its body is made out of a green, bumpy stem-like structure. Its "head" also resembles a pincer, acting as its mouth. Within its mouth lies its gemstone, which is conical and colored yellow-green with a dark green center.
History
Issue 7
The Plant Monster was in an unnamed jungle where the Crystal Gems warped to in order to collect its gemstone. Beforehand, Pearl had listened to Connie describe the plot of the book Carrion Amongst The Clover. Upset over the treatment of the main character, Pearl single-handedly defeated the Plant Monster, bubbling its gemstone afterward.
