Mr. Quentin Frowney is the former performance partner of Harold Smiley, who made his debut in "Future Boy Zoltron".
Personality
Mr. Frowney has a negative personality and is usually seen staring off to the side with his eyes closed, and having a deep and saddened expression. He usually talks in a deep, slow tone, most likely caused by his sadness. He is not very positive, and it is usually quite hard to get him to cheer up.
Appearance
He is an older man with a long face, light complexion, and long, dark brown, messy hair. He also has thick eyebrows, and wrinkles across his face. He wears large, dark brown shoes with heels, and light blue-green trousers. He also wears a red sweater under a dark brown jacket, with the slightest green tint.
Relationships
Harold Smiley
Harold and Quentin were a comedy duo. Most of their jokes were about their opposite personalities; Quentin being a pessimist and Harold being an optimist was an advantage and, according to Mr. Smiley, they had full houses and ovations whenever they performed. Smiley started getting sad because Frowney wasn't having any fun and nothing was making him happy, and Frowney said he just wanted Smiley to take their act seriously. After they started to make each other unhappy, they "closed the curtains" on their act and their relationship, and, as far as it's known, didn't really speak much after it. After re-enacting one of their bits, their relationship was patched as they hugged after it and Mr. Smiley waved happily after him.
Steven Universe
When he first meets Steven, Quentin, like everyone else, thought he was the fortune-telling machine Zoltron.
