Reagan was born in Detroit and raised in Philadelphia. Her mother, Cheryl Gomez, was one of the first women to work for the Detroit Police Department as a street patrol. Due to harassment on that matter, she filed a lawsuit against the police department and was awarded a great deal of money, prompting her to quit her job and move her family to Philidelphia. From there Reagan was enrolled in acting, singing, and dancing lessons at the Philadelphia Freedom Theatre. In 1994. Reagan moved to Los Angeles where she would pursue her acting career.
Reagan began her acting career on 'The Parent 'Hood' as Zaria Peterson in 1995. After that she has been a cast member of 'The Amanda Show', 'One on One', and 'Love Inc'. She has also been in several music videos and has been the cover girl on King Magazine.
