Rose's Landfill is an abandoned structure in the Desert that Rose Quartz used as a storage facility, leaving behind old items that she did not need. It requires a pink key to access it.
Appearance[]
Outside[]
Rose's Landfill is a small, beige-colored building. Pink Diamond's ship protruded out from the sand in front of it before Steven reactivated it. The building has two pink pedestals with pink diamonds hovering above them, and has text on it written in Gem Glyph. On the front of the building, there is a large pink hoop that leads down to a smaller pink circle. The front door is brown and contains a gold star, a green hexagon, and a pink keyhole. Steps that are mostly buried in sand lead up to the front door.
Inside[]
The inside of the building is covered in sand, and the back wall has eroded away, revealing the desert. Many old weapons lay around on the floor, such as bows, helmets, shields, swords, and boomerangs. There is also a lot of furniture, such as lamps, tables, and fans.
Landfill Key[]
Rose made sure that all the items stored away in her landfill were secure, creating a large pink key that would allow users access to the building. She stored this key inside Lion.
History[]
"Lion 4: Alternate Ending"[]
Yearning to learn more about his "magical Gem destiny", Steven asks Lion to take him somewhere new. Lion brings Steven to Rose's Landfill where the latter is disappointed to find nothing of significance, until he stumbles upon a video tape labeled "For Nora". Steven warps away with Lion to learn more about the tape.
"Legs From Here to Homeworld"[]
The landfill makes a brief appearance when Steven brings the Gems and the Diamonds: Yellow and Blue Diamond to the location to find Pink Diamond's ship.
