Description: In Steven Universe, the world is protected from evil threats by the Crystal Gems, a group of intergalactic genderless warriors who use the power of special gemstones embedded on their bodies to summon magical weapons. The four Gems are Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Steven. Steven is a young boy who inherited a gemstone from his mother, a Crystal Gem named Rose Quartz. As Steven tries to figure out the secrets to using his gem, he spends his days in Beach City doing activities with the other Crystal Gems, whether it's helping them save the universe or just hanging out.

Availability: The show is available on several digital distribution platforms, as well as reruns on the Cartoon Network TV network. Select episodes may be watched through the Cartoon Network website. A number of episodes have been released on DVDs.

Most monsters collapse or disappear when they're killed, but, in some cases, the Gems take other, more violent measures.

Sexual Themes and Nudity: Mildly suggestive situations and subtle innuendos that could be derived from a mature viewer, however, nothing is so blatant nor vulgar that the average child would be able to understand. In terms of physical themes, kissing on the mouth is the most that have been shown. Partial male nudity (of the main character) has been shown in some episodes and used in a humorous light.
