Here's what I'm gathering after this episode:
In Legs From Here to Homeworld, when initially seeing the Gems cheering, we saw some unknown gems with dorito heads like Peridot's. Those are probably Era 1 Peridots (though that might just be a no dip, Sherlock thing :P). So aside from Era 2 Peridots which they knew lacked the powers of an Era 1 P-Dot.
Amethyst had to get limb enhancers because she was not at the correct height. By that logic, Carnelian (and quite possibly Skinny Jasper since she's not muscular like a typical Jasper) should be wearing limb enhancers, too. Not sure why she wasn't, though. Maybe it was an oversight, or maybe she didn't need them at the time because she wasn't on duty?
