The Duke of Strawberries, also known as Excalicrush, Mage McGillicuddy, or Spikey McSpikeball, is a boss in Save the Light. He appears at the end of the fourth level.
Appearance[]
This boss appears to look like a giant humanoid wearing a large suit of armor. His right hand has a larger piece of armor attached to it while his left hand is exposed. Underneath his armor, he appears to have red skin. His left hand has three finger-like stubs that float around in front of his arm.
Boss Fight[]
The objective that the fighters have when fighting this boss is to memorize which one of his holes has the diamond symbol inside of it. There are three holes: one in his face, one in his chest, and one on the top of his right hand. He will shuffle the location multiple times during the fight. The Gems will be able to cause some of the pieces of his armor to fall off as they attack, which will expose the symbol.
During the fight, he is able to use a handful of different attacks. His first attack is to jump very high up into the air and then land back down on the ground with force. His second attack is to roll the spike ball-and-chain around the battle field.
