That depends on if any new episodes are suddenly announce before Tiger Philantropist.
I just hope they don't start Season 5 IMMEDIATELY after S4 like they did with S4 and 3. I hate how Cartoon Network does that!

And boy, have they ever got a lot of work to do! (It's times like this I REALLY miss half-hour shows on CN...)
Though I have to wonder if there will be a TV Movie/Special or mini-series to wrap up some loose ends
And that's a HUGE concern I have. the loose ends. If Season 5 is going to be like the rest of the series, I have no doubt that at least a third, if not half, of the season will be Beach City episodes that don't advance any of those remaining plot threads. Theoretically, that's anywhere from 13-17 or so episodes to finish these overarching plot threads. I've pretty much accepted that Bismuth and Centipeetle probably won't be coming back, but now I'm concerned if we'll even see JASPER come back...and that's not even getting into other things that've been set up: Lion, Pink Diamond, the remaining answers about Rose, Pearl's origin, that temple mural, etc., on top of our main plot at hand
Not to mention, Blue and Yellow Diamond have both only showed up twice so far, and White hasn't even been name-dropped this late into the game. This is bad... They're still in the dark about the Crystal Gems, too.....
I'd be fine with Beach City episodes if I was confident we wouldn't be left hanging on these plot threads, but now... Especially since the Rubies weren't picked up despite promise of that... I'm legitimately concerned. I can't be sure if any of these plot threads will get closure...
I think after Tiger Philantrophist we'll probably get a 1-2 month long hiatus before getting a season finale bomb, a bomb having the last 5-6 episodes of the season. Then, we'll either get a hiatus for the whole summer then starting season 5 in late August or early September or if Cartoon Network decides to air mid-summer episodes this summer then we might get the first 5-10 episodes of season 5 in the summer with the season continuing in the fall. It could work either way.
I also think, judging by the show's popularity, Steven Universe will get renewed for a 6th season and will last a long time since the show is doing well overall (despite the "low" views it's been getting lately it's actually one of the highest viewed shows on Cartoon Network next to Teen Titans Go!, it's getting a lot of love on the internet, including social media, and getting a lot of merchandise, so, the show is doing well) and normally when a show does well on Cartoon Network it lasts 6-8 years, so, we could be seeing Steven Universe well into 2019-2021, so, it might last for a long time due to how well the show is going. I bet we'll find out the fate of Steven Universe either this spring or this summer, normally Cartoon Network puts out their upfront for the year in May and they normally announce other added seasons at San Diego Comic-Con (seasons 2 and 3 were announced at previous Comic-Cons). So, don't worry I bet we'll probably be hearing about a possible 6th season some time this year, just be patient for the announcement once it comes up.
