it's not truly CONFIRMED, but at the moment she's never been shown weaponizing the power or using it cognitively, it has been shown activating with intense emotion, so we have no reason to assume she knows full control of it

ya but we seen ruby lose control when she had strong emotional moments so isnt that enough evidence when gem lose control (or at least elemental powered ) there powers will flare up ? but again this only been seen with these types of power so still up mystery how other gem powers would affected

Also, Rose could be more powerful in the area of emotion and love, but Pink is more powerful overall because Rose often doesn’t use her suppressed Diamond powers to their full extent.

And Ruby has control over her offensive powers because she’s a gem made for combat. Sapphire was not. Regardless, in times of emotional stress their powers may unleash suddenly in response to what they’re feeling.
