Tom Scharpling is an American radio host, comedian, television writer, producer, and music video director. He voices Greg Universe and Yellowtail in Steven Universe and Steven Universe Future.

- According to an interview, Rebecca Sugar wanted Tom and Susan Egan (the voice actress of Rose Quartz) to voice a pair of lovers on her show before she had created the characters of Rose and Greg. This was because she was already a huge fan of them both.
- During NYCC 2016, Tom revealed his favorite episode that he personally worked on was "Mr. Greg", but commented that he always dreads having to learn songs.[2]
