The Unknown Beach Planet (tentative name) is the main setting of Issue 34 (2017) of the Steven Universe comic series. Lars and the Off Colors land here and build a sand castle. This location serves as the Off Colors' introduction to organic life.
Description[]
The beach planet is a habitable planet with an oxygen-rich atmosphere and clouds. The planet is filled with flora and fauna very similar to that of planet earth.
Terrain[]
The section of the planet what Lars and the Off Colors landed on appears to be a beach next to an ocean. In the distance, a steep mountain range can be seen.
Ecology[]
Fauna[]

- Fish: While lars was diving in the water, various species of fish could be seen swimming in the water. Many of them appeared to be similar to species found on Earth.
- Two-Headed Eel: A white two-headed eel was seen swimming amongst the fish, later being caught by Rhodonite.
- Blue Crab: Lars encountered a blue crab that grabbed his watermelon.
- Coral: During lars' initial swim, various species of coral could be seen on the ocean floor.
Flora[]

- The beach that the team landed on is populated by trees that appear to be very similar to palm trees. These trees grow edible yellow pear-like fruits that the team feasted on.
- Near the end of the comic, the team feasted on a watermelon-like fruit with a hollow center (although they may have been hollowed out by Fluorite).
- Below the palm trees were large pink flower-like plants with thick stems.
- Around the trees, a grey rock or plant-like mass could be seen with many holes in it.
- Around the coral seen during Lars' dive, some plant-like growths were seen which may be seaweed.
History[]
Most of the planet's history is shrouded in mystery. An unknown gem structure seen at the beginning of the comic implies that the planet was once controlled by Yellow Diamond. However, the overgrowth around the structure indicates that the planet and/or outpost is now abandoned.
