does rose have future vision? (SPOILERS)

Now this is a completely diffretn theory.In "The Answer" pearl and rose had attacked the colony but when garnet was formed , rose had looked around and told pearl to leave them and then they left. but did Rose know that garnet was going to be a crystal gem?But you may ask"what about in "story for steven" Rose told greg to ask garnet about the future!" now i know  about that  but maybe Rose had lost the  power before she met Greg.Maybe somewhere during the war.
